The family cottage-Kasshabog Lake

The family cottage can be one of the hardest property emotionally to sell. Cottages are packed full of emotions as the cottage represents the best of times. Unfortunately, at times due to circumstances, the family cottage must be sold.

This cottage that I sold on Kasshabog Lake this fall was one of those examples. There was no joy in this sale. It was an end to an era. Since 1979 to be exact. There were 40 years of amazing memories associated with this property. The biggest solace the sellers took was knowing the buyers will continue the joy of the property for many years to come!
