Monday Motivation Time!

Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! So I saw this quote/post this weekend that really inspired me and I wanted to share..

"97% of the people who quit too soon are employed by the 3% who never gave up."

I spend a lot of time studying extremely successful people and one thing most have in common is that they have had to endure massive pain to achieve their success..... When everyone else would quit, they kept pushing no matter what!

Never give up, never quit! Keep pushing and go create the life you know you truly want!

Monday Motivation for the last week of October

Happy Monday! I hope you had an AMAZING weekend! As always I like to start the week off right with some words of Motivation. This was sent to me from my friend, mentor and coach, Joshua Smith;

So often we never get started because we become overwhelmed by how far we have to go....  This morning I woke up at 3am and ran 3 miles.... then will hit the Gym tonight for some weight training...

 

When I was 118 pounds heavier and obese....  I could not have imagined doing the things I do today.... But it all started with doing the small things well...

 

Getting great at saying "No" to Soda, to Junk Food.... etc....  

 

It all starts with deciding to become GREAT at those little things we can control right now!
