Monday Motivation for the last week of October

Happy Monday! I hope you had an AMAZING weekend! As always I like to start the week off right with some words of Motivation. This was sent to me from my friend, mentor and coach, Joshua Smith;

So often we never get started because we become overwhelmed by how far we have to go....  This morning I woke up at 3am and ran 3 miles.... then will hit the Gym tonight for some weight training...
When I was 118 pounds heavier and obese....  I could not have imagined doing the things I do today.... But it all started with doing the small things well...
Getting great at saying "No" to Soda, to Junk Food.... etc....  

It all starts with deciding to become GREAT at those little things we can control right now!
