What is going on in our market in Peterborough and the Kawarthas-Brad Sinclair Flat Rate Realty
What is going on in our market in Peterborough and the Kawartha's? Madness is centered in Peterborough and Lindsay and as an agent I feel that I am being stocked. As soon as I put a sign up in these city's the showings start hard and heavy. Houses are selling 50, 75, 100, 125 THOUSAND dollars over asking. When does the madness stop? Not anytime soon that is for sure. Check out the sales, listing numbers and charts.
Sales numbers are up significantly over the last few years
Combined with lower listing numbers creates the mess that we are in with a market that is leaning way too heavy on the seller's side
