Kinsmen Civic Centre

Constructed in 1972, the Kinsmen Civic Centre was the City of Peterborough's very first twin-pad arena. This has been one of the busiest arenas in the area hosting minor hockey, adult hockey and several summer leagues. With the 2 Ice Surfaces the areas are15,725 square feet / per surface (185-feet x 85-feet / per surface)






 Northcrest Arena

Northcrest Arena is a cement block and wood constructed facility built in 1967. Currently the arena services minor sport organizations, adults and Trent University students. Extremely rich in tradition, the facility is blessed with exceptional character and can still boast its reputation as a solid ice making facility. In recent years the arena has undergone renovations to maintain its structural integrity.


 Peterborough Memorial Centre

The Peterborough Memorial Centre is a 4,329-seat multi-purpose arena in Peterborough, OntarioCanada. Built in 1956, it is now home to the Peterborough Petes of the Ontario Hockey League and the Peterborough Lakers of the Major Series Lacrosse league.
The Peterborough Memorial Centre is a single-pad arena. It is most noted for having a large stage to the south end of the arena and a large portrait of the Queen painted by notable local artist David Bierk hanging above the ice. It is named in honour of the many war veterans who came from the region.
Along with hockey, the arena has hosted many events from trade shows, summer fairs, to lacrosse games and corporate Christmas celebrations for large industries such as Canadian General Electric.
In 2003, the Memorial Centre was renovated adding 24 luxury box suites, improved concessions, a licensed restaurant, new seats, boards, scoreboard and the addition of air conditioning. In late 2005 the building added a full video scoreboard.

Peterborough maintains its dedication to promoting a healthier lifestyle for all. The Evinrude Centre is an example of a community facility with that goal in mind. The 5,000 square foot Banquet Facility and adjourning ice surfaces, complement each other to produce a facility of which the entire community of Peterborough can be proud.

The facility is available for community use for large or small meetings, weddings, anniversaries or receptions. In addition, the Evinrude Centre can serve as a focal point for larger endeavours such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, product shows, concerts and cultural activities.
