Brookdale Avenue (at Wolsely St): Storm sewer repairs. Reduced to one lane with flagging operations. Local delays expected.
King George Street (at Young St): Sanitary sewer replacement. Closed to through traffic between Herman St and Lock St (signed detours active).
Cameron Street (at Spruce Ave): Storm sewer replacement. Reduced to one lane with flagging operations.
King George Street (Herman St & 426–444 King George): Storm sewer repairs. Reduced to one lane with flagging operations.
🛣️ Pavement Preservation & Resurfacing Contractor: GIP Paving Inc.
Springwood Road, Woodgrove Crescent, Wintergreen Trail & Court: Asphalt milling, curb work, and repaving. Flagging in place; temporary road closures may occur during paving.
Parkhill Road (Curtis Rd to Dennistoun Ave): Repaving work running overnight (9 PM – 7 AM). Lane reductions with flagging; local access maintained.
Ashburnham Drive (Corrigan Cr to Neal Dr): Micro-surfacing treatment. Traffic reduced to one lane with flagging operations.
Monaghan Road (Sherbrooke St to Edison Ave): Micro-surfacing running overnight (9 PM – 7 AM). One-lane traffic setup.
Edison Avenue: Micro-surfacing and curb work. Single-lane flagging; occasional full closures with detours.
Wallace Point Road & Neal Drive: Full Depth Reclamation, culvert work, and repaving. Single-lane traffic with flagging operations.

Robinson Street (Mark St to Rogers St): Full road, sewer, and watermain reconstruction. Road closed with signed detours. Special pedestrian/school routing is active around Immaculate Conception C.E.S.
Lansdowne Street West (Spillsbury Dr to 1400 Lansdowne St W): Multi-year project through Fall 2027. Traffic reduced to two main lanes. Watermain upgrades ongoing at Spillsbury/Kawartha Heights Blvd.
Duffus Street (Ford St to Grady Ave): Watermain replacement. Road and sidewalk closures in effect through late summer/fall.

Reid St, Park St N, & Downtown Core (Murray, Kirk, Brock, Hall, Hunter W, Scott, Simcoe): Milling, base repairs, and top-lift asphalt. Expect lane shifts, flagging, and temporary detours.
Curtis Creek Channel Improvements (Armour Rd / Caddy St / Euclid Ave): Flood reduction, creek realignment, and naturalization. Single-lane traffic with flagging.
Municipal Snow Storage Facility (425 Kennedy Rd): Site grading, stormwater pond upgrades, and major reforestation work. Expect construction traffic through Winter 2027.
